ABOUT US:
We’re a fast-growing music and live entertainment group, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through incredible events, tours, and cultural moments. From live shows and artist partnerships to venue operations and touring logistics, we work across the full spectrum of the live entertainment space.
We’re currently a small but impactful team that keeps everything moving behind the scenes — and as we prepare to cover an upcoming maternity leave, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and on-the-ball Operations & Project Coordinator to join us on a fixed-term basis and help keep the business running smoothly.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You’ll sit at the heart of the company’s operations — coordinating projects, supporting tour planning, managing key financial and administrative processes, and working closely with our CEO and wider team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is naturally organised, and has experience in operations, artist logistics, or project management — ideally within a live events or entertainment setting.
-
Coordinate internal projects and ensure they stay on track through effective planning, scheduling, and follow-up
Manage day-to-day liaison with the external accounting team, including payments, invoicing, and reconciliations
Support event planning and promotion — including routing and avails, budgets, artist offers, and logistics
Draft and manage artist contracts and partner agreements
Maintain and track relationships with external stakeholders and partners
Provide meeting coordination and occasional executive support to the CEO
Manage general operational workflows (e.g. databases, filing systems, contract tracking)
Assist with occasional event logistics and on-site operations as required
-
2+ years’ experience in operations or project coordination, ideally within the live music, events, or entertainment industry
Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
Comfortable managing financial processes and working with spreadsheets or budgeting tools
A clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders
A genuine passion for music, live events, or the creative industries
A quick learner who can adapt, prioritise, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
-
Salary of £30,000 – £34,000, depending on experience
Flexible, hybrid working (2-3 days in our Bristol office)
Guestlist access to our/our partners’ live shows
Company pension scheme and competitive employee benefits
25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off
A supportive, modern, and creative work environment where music and culture are part of everyday life
