From live shows and artist partnerships to venue operations and touring logistics, we work across the full spectrum of the live entertainment space.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Live Entertainment Team Assistant to cover maternity leave and support the smooth running of our day-to-day operations during this key period. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced creative environment.
You’ll provide essential administrative and operational support, helping with everything from scheduling and systems to event logistics and office coordination — including the management of our Bristol office — helping to ensure the team stays focused and everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Manage the day-to-day running of the Bristol office, including supplies, maintenance, and liaising with contractors
Provide administrative and organisational support across the team, including scheduling, note-taking, and office coordination
Assist with managing internal systems and tools, including databases, trackers, and digital filing
Help coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and touring activity
Support basic finance admin — including processing invoices, expense tracking, and liaising with external accounting teams
Assist in maintaining relationships with suppliers, freelancers, and partners
Provide general support to the CEO and leadership team as required
Help prepare documents, presentations, and internal reports
Support on-site at live events when needed, including production assistance, guestlist coordination, and artist logistics
Be a go-to problem solver for day-to-day operational and admin needs

1–2 years + experience in an administrative, assistant, or generalist support role, ideally within the live music, events, or entertainment industry
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills — written and verbal
Proactive, practical, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and quick to pick up new tools
A positive attitude, team-player mentality, and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
An interest in music, entertainment, or the creative industries is a bonus
Experience managing office facilities or supporting day-to-day office operations is a bonus

Salary of £28,000 – £32,000, depending on experience
