ABOUT US:

We’re a fast-growing music and live entertainment group, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through incredible events, tours, and cultural moments. From live shows and artist partnerships to venue operations and touring logistics, we work across the full spectrum of the live entertainment space.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Live Entertainment Team Assistant to cover maternity leave and support the smooth running of our day-to-day operations during this key period. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced creative environment.

You’ll provide essential administrative and operational support, helping with everything from scheduling and systems to event logistics and office coordination — including the management of our Bristol office — helping to ensure the team stays focused and everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

    • Manage the day-to-day running of the Bristol office, including supplies, maintenance, and liaising with contractors

    • Provide administrative and organisational support across the team, including scheduling, note-taking, and office coordination

    • Assist with managing internal systems and tools, including databases, trackers, and digital filing

    • Help coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and touring activity

    • Support basic finance admin — including processing invoices, expense tracking, and liaising with external accounting teams

    • Assist in maintaining relationships with suppliers, freelancers, and partners

    • Provide general support to the CEO and leadership team as required

    • Help prepare documents, presentations, and internal reports

    • Support on-site at live events when needed, including production assistance, guestlist coordination, and artist logistics

    • Be a go-to problem solver for day-to-day operational and admin needs

    • 1–2 years + experience in an administrative, assistant, or generalist support role, ideally within the live music, events, or entertainment industry

    • Highly organised and detail-oriented

    • Strong communication skills — written and verbal

    • Proactive, practical, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

    • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and quick to pick up new tools

    • A positive attitude, team-player mentality, and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed

    • An interest in music, entertainment, or the creative industries is a bonus

    • Experience managing office facilities or supporting day-to-day office operations is a bonus

    • Salary of £28,000 – £32,000, depending on experience

    • Flexible, hybrid working (3 days in our Bristol office)

    • Guestlist access to our/our partners’ live shows

    • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday off

    • Company pension scheme and competitive employee benefits

    • A supportive, creative work environment where music and culture are part of everyday life
