ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Assistant to support our ticket sales operations across multiple live events and tours. This role is key to ensuring a smooth, professional ticketing experience for our audiences and partners.

You’ll work closely with the ticketing, marketing, and production teams to manage ticket platforms, process orders, assist with customer queries, and support box office functions on-site.

    • Manage day-to-day ticket sales operations across multiple platforms (e.g. Dice, See Tickets, Ticketmaster)

    • Process ticket orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

    • Monitor ticketing platforms for sales performance and report any issues promptly

    • Provide timely and professional customer service via email, phone, and social media

    • Support box office operations at live events, including guestlists, and door sales

    • Assist in producing and distributing event access credentials such as wristbands and guest passes

    • Liaise with marketing and promoters to support ticket promotions and campaigns

    • Maintain and update ticketing databases and reports

    • Ensure compliance with data protection and ticketing policies

    • 1–2 years+ experience in ticketing, box office, customer service, or event operations (experience in live music or entertainment preferred)

    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

    • Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with customers and internal teams

    • Familiarity with ticketing platforms (Dice, See Tickets, Ticketmaster, or similar) is a strong advantage

    • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

    • Friendly, patient, and professional approach to customer service

    • Comfortable working on-site at events and flexible to occasional evenings/weekends

    • A passion for music and live entertainment is a bonus

    • Salary of £28,000 – £32,000, depending on experience

    • Flexible, hybrid working (2-3 days in our Bristol office)
